These a great served from muffin tins because it is the perfect portion and friends and family will always come back for more of Tonys OldFashioned Creole Corn Bread!

 2 cups Corn Meal
 1 cup All Purpose Flour
 1 cup Sour Cream
 3 tbsp Baking Powder
 ½ cup Sugar
 2 Eggs
 1 cup Corn (Creamstyle)
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ cup Bacon Drippings
 1 cup Milk

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except milk; stir until well blended.

Add enough milk to make the mixture pour easily.

Spoon into greased muffin tins or baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
