Who doesn't like cheese or beer, especially together? They're even better when you add a Creole kick. Tony's Hot Beer Cheese Dip is the perfect combination of hot cheesy goodness and beer, mixed with the sweet and citrusy flavors of Tony Chachere's® No Salt Seasoning Blend. Grab soft pretzels, smoked sausage or anything else you like - and dig in!

 16 oz Cream Cheese
 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 2 cups Grated Brick Cheese
 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
 3 tsp Tony Chachere's® No Salt Seasoning Blend
 8 oz Your Favorite Beer
 Soft Pretzels or Sliced Smoked Sausages

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


In a medium size bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, garlic and Tony's No Salt Seasoning Blend.


Pour beer into the same bowl and carefully stir until well blended. Dip will be on the thicker side.


Spoon dip into a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and edges are golden brown.


Serve this dip hot or at room temperature with soft pretzels and sliced sausages for dipping.
